These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using NMZ Dating. Read them before choosing to accept.
1. Adults only and honest accounts
NMZ Dating is for people aged 18 or older. Use your own account and provide accurate information, including your date of birth. Do not impersonate another person, create a misleading identity or let someone else use your account. Keep your password private.
2. Your profile and photos
Add at least two different, clear photos before joining discovery. Your face does not need to be visible. Photos of scenery, hobbies or other interests are allowed. Only upload content you own or have permission to use. Do not upload images of children, nudity or sexually explicit content. You keep ownership of your content and allow NMZ Dating to store, display and moderate it to operate the service. Do not copy or share another member’s photos or personal information without permission.
3. Respectful behaviour
Treat other members with respect. Harassment, threats, hate speech, scams, spam, requests for money, non-consensual sexual content and illegal activity are not allowed. Respect a person’s decision to decline, unmatch or block you. Do not create another account to evade a restriction.
4. Matches, messages and calls
Private messaging and voice or video calls are available between active mutual matches. Calls require the other person to answer and may depend on network and device availability. Do not record, publish or share a conversation or call without the other person’s permission. A match or verified label does not guarantee someone’s identity, intentions or safety.
5. Safety and moderation
Use the Report and Block controls if someone behaves inappropriately. Meet in public, arrange your own transport and do not share banking passwords or send money. Authorised administrators may review reports, remove content, hide profiles, suspend accounts or remove accounts to enforce these rules and protect the community. The service does not guarantee a match or relationship.
6. Information used to run the service
NMZ Dating stores account details, your profile and photos, preferences, likes, matches, messages, reports, call connection details and sign-in activity to provide the service and protect accounts. Your age is displayed instead of your full date of birth. Authorised administrators can access registered-user details, photos, activity indicators and reports for account support and moderation. Service providers help host the site, store its data and deliver account emails. Essential cookies keep you signed in. Do not put passwords, financial details or someone else’s private information in your profile.
7. Your choices
You can edit your profile, change your password, hide your profile, unmatch and block members. Safety → Delete my profile removes your dating profile, matches and messages; your email/password account remains available. Administrators can manage account access and account deletion. Copies already shared outside the service may remain with their recipients. Your rights under applicable South African law are not excluded by these Terms.
8. Availability and changes
The site may pause features or registrations for maintenance or safety reasons. These Terms apply to use of NMZ Dating at nmzdating.online and its hosted site address. The current version and date appear on this page. You must actively accept the displayed version when signing up and each time you log in. The site records the accepted version and time. If you do not agree, do not continue with signup or login.
